Option 1 / Order Online
Personalize an existing mascot design
If the shape and style are already right, this is the simplest way to order. Product pages let you select the main options and describe your requested changes before checkout.
Choose your design
Browse the website and open the product that is closest to the look you want.
Select the basics
Choose the required Size / Height, Style / Color, costume package, quantity, and any optional accessories. For a color change, logo, or lettering, select “Custom Color” before checkout. The surcharge follows your checkout currency: USD 45.99, CAD 63.91, GBP 33.95, EUR 39.55, or AUD 64.18.
Describe your changes
Use the “Customization Details (Color, Size, Logo, etc.)” field to list the exact colors, logo position, lettering, or small design adjustments you need. The placement shown in the product example images is our recommended position. If you prefer another position, describe it clearly in this field.
Place your order
Complete checkout after confirming that the applicable Custom Color surcharge is shown. If your order includes a logo or lettering, email the artwork with your order number to sale@tingmascot.net.

Build a mascot from your own design
Choose this path when you want the complete mascot developed from a reference rather than modifying one listed product. We can work from a character drawing, brand artwork, photo, or detailed concept.
Prepare your reference
The clearer the information, the more accurately we can evaluate the design, cost, and production needs.

What Can Be Customized
From a small brand update to a complete character
Available changes depend on the structure and visible surfaces of each costume. We will let you know if a request needs a different construction method or a full custom quote.
Before You Submit
Details that help us quote accurately
You do not need a professional technical drawing, but clear files and complete instructions reduce follow-up questions and help keep the project moving.
Logo files
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF is preferred. A large, clear PNG with a transparent background is also helpful.
Reference images
Use the highest-resolution image available. Multiple views are especially useful for fully custom characters.
Color information
Provide Pantone, HEX, or RGB values when possible. Screen and material differences mean physical colors may not be perfectly identical to a digital display.

Share the wearer’s height or measurements, quantity, delivery destination, and event date. See our Size Guide for fit guidance.

Common questions before you order
Can I order directly if I only want a color or logo change?
Yes. Choose the closest product, select the required options, and write your request in the product page’s “Customization Details (Color, Size, Logo, etc.)” field. For a color change, logo, or lettering, select “Custom Color”; the applicable surcharge for your checkout currency is displayed before payment. The placement shown in the example images is recommended, but you may request another position in the same field. Send logo artwork to sale@tingmascot.net with your order number.
When should I request a custom quote instead?
Use the custom quote form when the whole character should be built from your reference, when you need structural changes, or when your request is significantly different from the listed product.
Can you make the costume match my reference image?
We can create a mascot based closely on a clear reference. The final construction may require practical adjustments for visibility, movement, ventilation, material behavior, durability, or wearer safety. We will review the submitted design before confirming the order.
Will the physical colors look exactly like my screen?
We will work toward the requested color, but screens, lighting, photography, and fabric or fur batches can create differences. A Pantone code or physical color reference gives us a better target than a screen image alone.
How long does customization take?
Timing depends on the design complexity, quantity, confirmation of details, and shipping method. Customized or structurally complex mascots may need more production time than a standard listed design. Please include your event date and destination in the request.
Can I submit a logo or character owned by another company?
Please submit only artwork, logos, characters, and trademarks that you own or are authorized to use. The customer is responsible for confirming permission to reproduce submitted protected material.
