TingMascot ships worldwide, with free shipping and paid express delivery options. Most of our products are made to order, so please allow time for both production and transit when planning for an event or performance date.

Choose free shipping or upgrade to express delivery. Express shipping is charged per mascot costume, so the total depends on the number of mascot costumes in your order.

No shipping charge. Free shipping is available for all countries.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is charged per mascot costume according to the currency selected at checkout:
USD 120.00 per mascot costume for orders charged in USD;
CAD 166.76 per mascot costume for orders charged in CAD;
GBP 88.60 per mascot costume for orders charged in GBP;
EUR 103.20 per mascot costume for orders charged in EUR; and
AUD 167.46 per mascot costume for orders charged in AUD.
Check your final shipping cost at checkout. The express shipping rate is based on your checkout currency and multiplied by the number of mascot costumes in your order. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time. The transit estimates below begin after your order has been completed, checked, packed, and handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
We Ship with Duties and Taxes Prepaid
TingMascot sends orders to all countries with applicable import duties and taxes prepaid. You should not normally need to pay import charges separately. Customs procedures are controlled by local authorities, however, and the carrier or customs office may still contact the recipient for information or documents.
US, Canada & Australia
Customers are not normally asked to assist with customs clearance.
UK, Germany & France
A shipment may occasionally be held while the recipient provides information or helps complete customs clearance.

Tracking and Delivery
Please check your shipping details carefully before submitting your order. A complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number help the carrier deliver without avoidable delays.

We will send tracking details after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.
Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address is incorrect. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
If tracking has not updated or your parcel is late, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate.

How much do free and express shipping cost?
Free shipping has no shipping charge for any country. Express shipping is charged per mascot costume based on the currency selected at checkout: USD 120.00, CAD 166.76, GBP 88.60, EUR 103.20, or AUD 167.46 per mascot costume. Express shipping is charged per mascot costume, not per order. Please check the exact total shipping charge at checkout before payment.
Does the 5–7 business day processing time include shipping?
No. Processing time covers made-to-order production, quality checks, packing, and dispatch. Add the free or express transit estimate for your destination to calculate the estimated total time.
Which shipping option should I choose for an upcoming event?
Express shipping is the faster option, but neither processing nor delivery estimates are guaranteed. If you have a firm event date, contact us before ordering with the product, destination, and required date so we can help you assess the schedule.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
We ship with applicable import duties and taxes prepaid. If a customs office asks you to pay a fee, keep the official invoice or receipt and contact us for assistance. Full details are available on our Duties & Taxes page.
Why might customs contact me if duties are prepaid?
Payment of duties and taxes does not remove every local clearance requirement. The carrier or customs office may need the recipient to confirm identity, order value, intended use, or other shipment details. This is more likely to occur in the UK, Germany, and France.
