Choose by Performer Height
For full-body mascot costumes, the performer’s actual height is the most important measurement. Choose the size range that includes the wearer’s height—do not use a regular clothing size as your starting point.
The simple rule Measure the person who will wear the costume, without shoes, from the floor to the top of the head. The mascot head and footwear may make the finished character look taller.
Match the Range
Select the product size whose height range includes the wearer. Height comes first.
Add Details if Needed
If the wearer is very slim, broad, muscular, or plus-size, leave full measurements with the order.

These labels are TingMascot product sizes, not German, French, US, Canadian, UK, or Australian clothing sizes. Always use the height range shown beside the label.

Between sizes or 151–157 cm?
Do not guess from a clothing label. Choose the closest available height option and leave all five measurements below so we can check the fit before production.
Below 110 cm or above 195 cm?
Please contact us before ordering. Availability can depend on the mascot design and its internal structure.
Special Fit Check
When to Send Full Size Details
Height is enough for most performers. Please leave complete size details with your order if the wearer is especially slim, broad-shouldered, muscular, plus-size, between height ranges, or plans to wear thick clothing underneath.
Measure over light clothing with the tape level and comfortably close to the body—snug, but not tight. Do not subtract ease or add extra room; we will evaluate the costume fit.
- Height: floor to the top of the head, without shoes.
- Weight: current body weight; use kg, lb, or UK stones and pounds.
- Chest: around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms.
- Waist: around the natural waist, without pulling the tape tight.
- Hips: around the fullest part of the hips and seat.

Use the Measurements You Know
Customers do not need to convert their measurements before ordering. Send the units commonly used in your country; including both systems is helpful but not required.
Germany, France & Australia
Centimetres for height and body measurements; kilograms for weight.
United States
Feet and inches for height and body measurements; pounds for weight.
Canada & United Kingdom
Metric or imperial is accepted. UK customers may also give weight in stones and pounds.

Good to Know Before Ordering
Should I choose the same size as my normal clothes?
No. Mascot costume labels do not correspond to local clothing sizes. Choose by the performer-height range listed on the product page and in the table above.
What if two people will share one mascot costume?
Choose based on the main performer. If both people will use it regularly, send the height, weight, chest, waist, and hips for both wearers before ordering so we can advise which fit is most practical.
Does the mascot head count in the height measurement?
No. Use the performer’s real body height without shoes. The shape of the mascot head and costume footwear can add visual height after the costume is worn.
What should I do if I am unsure?
Leave all five size details with your order or contact us before purchase. Please also name the product you want, because fit can vary slightly with the character’s shape and internal structure.
