Most TingMascot costumes are made to order.

Standard production, quality checking, packing, and dispatch normally take 5–7 business days. Customized or structurally complex designs may require additional production time.

A standard costume generally includes:

• One mascot head or character structure
• One full-body suit or outfit
• One pair of gloves or hand covers
• One pair of shoe covers

Components may vary with the character’s construction. Cooling equipment, storage bags, and other optional accessories are included only when selected.

Yes. Many listed designs can be personalized.

Enter your request in the product page’s “Customization Details” field. For an entirely new mascot based on your own character or artwork, please submit a custom quote request.

Provide a clear logo file, preferred placement, approximate size, required colors, and any special instructions.

Yes. We can evaluate drawings, brand artwork, photographs, and other clear references.

For an accurate quote, provide front, side, and back views when possible, together with colors, measurements, quantity, delivery country, and event date.

Choose by the performer’s actual height—not their usual clothing size.

Measure without shoes from the floor to the top of the head and select the matching range in our Size Guide.

Possibly. Choose the size based on the main performer. If two people will use the costume regularly, send the complete measurements of both performers before ordering so we can recommend the most practical size.

Materials vary by character and construction. Depending on the design, a costume may use:

The exact materials and internal support structure depend on the mascot’s shape, size, and design requirements.

We work toward the requested colors, but slight differences can occur because of monitor settings, lighting, photography, fabric texture, and material batches.

Total delivery time consists of production plus shipping.

Most orders require 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.

Yes. TingMascot ships worldwide.

Free and express options may be available depending on the destination. If you have a fixed event date, contact us before ordering with the product link, destination country, and required date.

Applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid for TingMascot shipments. Customers should not normally need to pay import charges separately.

We email your tracking number and carrier information after dispatch. Tracking is not available during the normal 5–7 business-day preparation period.

Always follow the carrier information in your dispatch email.

Contact sale@tingmascot.net as soon as possible—preferably within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellation is possible only if design work, material preparation, customization, and production have not started.

Eligible standard, non-personalized products may be returned or exchanged when requested within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Return authorization is required before sending anything back. Review our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Contact sale@tingmascot.net within seven calendar days after delivery, or as soon as reasonably possible.

• Include your order number.
• Provide clear photos or video of the full product and affected area.
• Include the labels and shipping carton.
• Keep all packaging while we review the case.

Do not repair, alter, discard, or return the item until you receive our instructions.
