Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit TingMascot, create an account, place an order, request customization, submit artwork, or use our products and services. Please read them before placing an order.

Important By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to non-essential cookies or personalized advertising.

Made to Order

Many mascot costumes are produced or customized for a specific customer after an order is accepted.

Check Every Detail

You are responsible for confirming product options, measurements, artwork, spelling, colors, and delivery information.

Policies Work Together

Shipping, cancellation, returns, privacy, cookies, duties, and customization policies form part of these terms.

Section 01

Agreement & Eligibility

These terms form an agreement between you and the TingMascot operator identified below. “TingMascot,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator. “You” and “your” refer to the visitor, customer, account holder, or organization on whose behalf the website is used.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence. If you use the website for a school, team, company, public body, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms and place the order for that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order or continue using services that require acceptance. Additional written terms may apply to a custom quotation or project; if there is a direct conflict, the specifically agreed custom terms control for that project.

Section 02

About the Store

TingMascot is an online mascot costume brand operated by Changzhou Tingting Network Technology Co., Ltd. The website is available at tingmascot.net.

Legal Operator Changzhou Tingting Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Business Location Changzhou, Jiangsu, China
Section 03

Products & Customization

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Because mascot costumes are handmade, produced in different sizes, and may be customized, reasonable variations can occur between photographs, samples, digital previews, and the finished product. Screen settings, lighting, material batches, handcrafted construction, and scale can affect the appearance of colors, textures, shapes, and details.

Product images may include props, clothing, accessories, scenery, or display items that are not included unless the product description says otherwise. Measurements and dimensions are approximate unless expressly confirmed in writing for a custom project.

Listed Designs

Choose the size and available options shown on the product page. Small personalization requests remain subject to feasibility and written confirmation.

Custom Projects

Quotes, artwork, specifications, revision limits, pricing, and schedules may be agreed separately based on the requested character and intended use.

Your review matters: Please check the product description, size guidance, selected options, customization notes, artwork, spelling, colors, quantities, and deadline before submitting your order or approving a design.

Section 04

Orders & Contract Formation

Your submitted order records the products, options, price, and other conditions you request. Unless a separate custom-quotation process expressly applies, the contract is formed when the website confirms successful submission of the order and any required payment step, as required by applicable law. We may review payment, product availability, customization, measurements, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, obvious errors, or other information while processing the order.

For a separately quoted custom project, the contract is formed when you accept the written quote in the requested manner and make any required payment. If we cannot perform all or part of a confirmed order, we will notify you promptly and provide the refund or other remedy required by law.

Before a contract is formed, we may refuse a request for reasons including:

  • the product, material, option, or delivery service is unavailable;
  • payment is not authorized, is reversed, or appears fraudulent;
  • the price, product information, or promotion contains an obvious error;
  • the request is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, technically infeasible, or infringes third-party rights; or
  • we cannot reasonably meet a requested event date or delivery restriction.

After a contract is formed, we will cancel only where these terms or applicable law permits, and we will provide notice and any refund or remedy required in the circumstances.

You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing, customization, and delivery information. Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. Changes are not guaranteed after design, material preparation, production, or dispatch has started.

Section 05

Pricing, Currency & Payment

The price shown at checkout, together with any displayed shipping charge, customization fee, discount, and tax treatment, is the price submitted with your order. Available currencies and payment methods may vary by country or region, device, browser, order value, card issuer, or payment provider. Methods currently offered may include PayPal, eligible credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, but only the methods displayed to you at checkout are available for your transaction.

Payment providers, digital-wallet providers, card networks, banks, and card issuers may perform authorization, identity, security, or fraud checks. If you choose Apple Pay or Google Pay, you must authorize the payment through the relevant device or account, and your use of that wallet is also subject to the provider's terms and privacy notices. Your bank or card provider may separately charge foreign-exchange, cross-border, or other fees; those independent charges are not collected or controlled by TingMascot. Please review our Payment Methods page for current checkout information.

If a listed price or product detail is clearly incorrect, we may contact you to confirm the correct information before accepting the order or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not change an accepted order price without your agreement, except where required by law.

Section 06

Artwork, References & Approvals

When you submit a logo, name, character, photograph, sketch, uniform design, trademark, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions needed for us to review, reproduce, adapt, display internally, and use it to quote, design, produce, quality-check, and deliver your order.

You remain responsible for third-party rights in customer-supplied material. We may reject, pause, or cancel a request that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, misleading, unsafe, or likely to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. If we request evidence of permission, production may remain paused until it is provided.

If we send a proof, mockup, or specification for approval, you are responsible for reviewing every visible and written detail. Your approval authorizes us to proceed. Later changes may be impossible or may require a new quote, additional payment, and a revised schedule.

Intellectual property: Buying a product does not transfer TingMascot’s website, product photography, templates, production methods, design assets, brand materials, or other intellectual property. Rights in customer-owned artwork remain with the customer or its owner.

Section 07

Production, Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Timing can depend on prompt payment, complete measurements, artwork quality, design approval, requested revisions, material availability, order volume, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address, recipient name, phone number, and any information reasonably required by the carrier or customs authority. Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect information, refusal, repeated failed delivery, or failure to cooperate may be charged to you to the extent permitted by law.

Title to products passes after full payment. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes when the order is delivered to you or a person you nominate, unless applicable law requires a different result. Please inspect the parcel promptly and report visible transit damage with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Section 08

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Change and cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Because many products are made to order, personalized, or customized, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible once design, sourcing, material preparation, customization, or production has begun. Contact us as quickly as possible if you want to request a change or cancellation. A request is effective only when we confirm it in writing.

Made-to-order status alone does not remove post-delivery return eligibility. Standard, non-personalized products may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Personalized or customer-specified products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Eligibility, reporting windows, evidence requirements, return authorization, return shipping, exchanges, deductions, and refund timing are explained in the policies below. These policies form part of these terms. They do not limit remedies that cannot lawfully be limited for faulty, misdescribed, unsafe, or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Section 09

Website, Account & Acceptable Use

You may use the website for lawful personal or organizational purchasing and information purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law places responsibility elsewhere. Notify us promptly if you reasonably suspect unauthorized access.

You must not:

  • use the website, products, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity;
  • submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, or bypass security controls;
  • scrape, harvest, copy, or exploit website content at scale without written permission;
  • misrepresent your identity, authority, payment information, delivery information, or ownership of submitted material; or
  • use TingMascot names, logos, images, or content in a way that implies sponsorship or affiliation without permission.

We may restrict access, suspend an account, or cancel unaccepted orders where reasonably necessary to protect customers, enforce these terms, investigate misuse, comply with law, or preserve website security.

Section 10

Product Use & Safety

Mascot costumes can affect vision, hearing, balance, mobility, communication, and body temperature. They are not personal protective equipment. The purchaser and wearer are responsible for assessing the venue, weather, performer health, fit, visibility, mobility, supervision, and intended activity before each use.

  • Inspect the costume before use and do not use damaged, obstructed, or poorly fitting components.
  • Use a trained spotter when surroundings, crowds, stairs, traffic, heat, or limited visibility create risk.
  • Keep away from open flames, high heat, moving machinery, vehicles, water hazards, and other unsafe conditions.
  • Take appropriate cooling, hydration, and rest breaks, and stop immediately if the wearer feels unwell.
  • Follow venue rules and all product-specific care, assembly, battery, fan, cleaning, and storage instructions.

Children and anyone unable to assess these risks require responsible adult supervision. Do not modify structural, electrical, ventilation, or visibility components in a way that could make the product unsafe.

Section 11

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every website function will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We may maintain, update, correct, suspend, or change website features when reasonably necessary.

TingMascot is responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, loss caused by inaccurate customer instructions or unauthorized material, or delay and failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

If you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, we are not liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data. For a claim relating to an order, our aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a higher or unlimited remedy is required by law.

Rights we do not exclude: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any warranty, remedy, consumer right, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Section 12

Privacy, Cookies, Advertising & Third-Party Services

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and use browser technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Payment, digital-wallet, delivery, analytics, advertising, hosting, communication, and other providers may process information or provide services under their own terms and policies.

Payment Services & Digital Wallets

If you choose PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the selected provider and the underlying payment processor, card network, bank, or issuer may receive information needed to offer, authorize, complete, and secure the transaction. Depending on the method, this may include device or account eligibility signals, tokenized payment information, billing, shipping, or contact details, the merchant name, transaction amount, and fraud-prevention data. Their handling of that information is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. See PayPal's Privacy Statement, Google Pay privacy, terms, and policies, and Apple Pay & Privacy.

Google Ads & Advertising Measurement

Our website includes a Google tag connected to Google Ads. This technology supports measuring how advertising leads to website visits and, where configured, actions such as enquiries or purchases. Depending on the features enabled and applicable consent choices, information processed may include page URLs, IP addresses, browser and device details, online identifiers, ad interactions, and configured conversion events. Google may receive this information.

The presence of a Google Ads tag does not mean that all advertising features are enabled. Remarketing and personalized advertising depend on the features configured and any required consent. For information about Google's processing, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.

Separate Consent & Your Choices

For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google's EU User Consent Policy requires valid consent for cookies or other local storage where legally required, and for collecting, sharing, and using personal data to personalize ads. Consent requirements under applicable law also apply in other locations.

No bundled advertising consent: Accepting these terms, creating an account, placing an order, or continuing to browse does not constitute consent to non-essential cookies or personalized advertising. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately before the relevant storage or processing takes place.

You may refuse optional consent or withdraw it later without losing the right to place an order. Use the site's cookie-preference controls where available; if you cannot find or use them, contact sale@tingmascot.net for help or to make a privacy request. Browser cookie settings provide additional controls but do not replace the site's consent process. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. See our Cookie Policy for further information about cookie controls.

Links to Independent Services

The website may contain links to independent third-party websites. A link is provided for convenience and does not mean that we control or endorse the linked service. Those websites have their own content, availability, security, terms, and privacy practices. This does not limit our legal responsibilities for processing that we carry out or arrange.

Section 13

Governing Law & Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and relevant photographs or documents. Both sides agree to attempt a good-faith resolution before starting formal proceedings where reasonably possible.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim elsewhere, the competent courts in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China will have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to a court that applies under the law of your habitual residence and cannot validly be waived by contract.

Section 14

Changes & General Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, services, policies, technology, or legal obligations. The updated version applies from the effective date shown on this page. Material changes will not retroactively alter an already accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.

If an event outside our reasonable control prevents or delays performance, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and resume performance. This does not remove any cancellation or refund right that applicable law gives you because of a substantial delay.

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order without our written consent, except where applicable law permits. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a business reorganization or transfer, provided your rights are not materially reduced.

These terms, the policies incorporated by reference, your accepted order, and any specifically agreed written custom-project terms make up the agreement between us concerning that purchase. No person who is not a party to that agreement may enforce it, except a lawful successor or permitted assignee.
